How to Prepare for final exam

Key to relieve anxiety is to plan ahead. Preparation of final exams will
be much easier if you follow these steps and do not delay.
Step 1
Highlight key issues, concepts and people in your notes and textbooks. Make documents that reflect this information. It may seem a lot, but the practice of reading and writing of articles will help you to remember them. It is a good idea to start reading this list a few days before the exam, the task would be great.

Step 2
Create flash cards to make learning easier with the main issues and their meaning. This may seem elementary, but the method works for all ages. You can test yourself at all times to maintain your knowledge.

Step 3
Create a study guide based on your notes and other information that will be on the exam. You can ask questions in the form of instructions, or you can simply present information in outline form.

Step 4
Create a study group with other students. To study in a small group can allow members to compare notes and share their strategies. Put questions to each other can be a good way to learn about information. Being a member of a study group will help you get the explanation of the concepts that you did not know.

Step 5
Learn are independently a night before the exam. This is not the time to repeat all lessons. By
prepare for the exam in the first weeks, the final night should only dedikoheni instructions and other data that you have made. It must be time to refresh your mind, and not try to understand or no information.

Step 6
Make sure you have everything you need to test you before a night lie ahead. This can include:

Step 7
Make sleep and a good breakfast the day of the exam abundant. Try to do some exercises, eg to take a deep breath, yoga or listen to music. This will help you start the exam in a calm and focused mind.
